As a Management Trainee, you will undergo training through assigned job rotations, along with structured training and development courses that will provide grounding and exposure to the wide spectrum of our businesses and operations. You will also be mentored and coached by the senior business mentors who will help you develop a sharper focus of what is needed to grow professionally and gain relevant experience to refine your leadership skills.

  • Learning all aspects of company’s businesses and to acquire skills needed to assume a management position.
  • Provide full spectrum of administrative and operational support in day-to-day business operations and project management.
  • Develop and review project plans, track issues, facilitate and coordinate with various team players effectively.
  • Learn the management viewpoints, company policies and best practices through assignments and rotations in various business units.
  • Study existing workflow and assist with the revising and development of processes and procedures to enhance overall organisational efficiency.
