Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support, including handling inquiries, maintaining case records, and assisting with meeting arrangements.
  • Maintain and update team databases through case management systems or Excel. Assist in generating reports for data and statistics tracking.
  • Support the team in conducting initial assessments on potential risks and needs, including child protection concerns, domestic violence, social assistance, and counseling referrals to appropriate agencies.
  • Assist in coordinating the safe return of individuals as required by the team’s processes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes to ensure the smooth functioning of team activities.
Key Requirements:
  • Degree in a related discipline such as Law, Social Work, Psychology, or similar from an accredited institution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess situations, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Empathetic with high emotional resilience and the ability to remain calm in challenging environments.
  • Tenacious and adaptable in handling difficult clients and situations.
