Job summary

ERNST & YOUNG ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an AI-enabled Managed Services SME to drive business origination from active client deliveries and collaborate with Global Delivery Services (GDS) to present tailored AI solutions for Finance and Procurement functions.

You will lead SME activities, design AI-driven operating models, and guide teams on scaling AI in enterprise environments while identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and strengthening client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Deep expertise in artificial intelligence and managed services models.
• Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.
• Proven track record in sales origination or account expansion.
• Experience working with global delivery networks and cross-functional teams.
• Specialized knowledge in Finance and Procurement transformations.

The Opportunity

As an AI-enabled Managed Services SME at EY, you will drive businessorigination from active client deliveries and collaborate with Global DeliveryServices (GDS) to present tailored AI solutions for Finance and Procurementfunctions.

Your Key Responsibilities

Subject Matter Expertise (SME)

• Serve as the primary technical and strategic expert for AI-enabled Managed Services.
• Design and refine AI-driven operating models for client operations.
• Guide teams on best practices for scaling artificial intelligence in enterprise environments.

Business Origination

• Identify new growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Convert successful ongoing project delivery into expanded managed service contracts.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure follow-on work.

Collaboration with GDS

• Partner with EY GDS teams to craft compelling client proposals.
• Showcase advanced AI capabilities tailored specifically to Finance and Procurement.
• Ensure seamless alignment between onshore strategy and offshore delivery execution.
