Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
  • Work closely with the Business Development Team to understand client hiring needs and requirements
  • Drive sales results by matching candidates effectively and closing placements
  • Handle job postings, candidate pipelines and interview coordination
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM
