Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Senior Management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense claims, and correspondence handling.

  • Organize meetings by preparing agendas and materials, drafting minutes, and tracking follow-ups on action items to ensure timely completion.

  • Conduct data collation and analysis, and support the preparation of presentation slides, reports, and documents for strategic decision-making.

  • Assist in planning and executing strategic and high-impact operational projects, and manage procurement processes including quotations and invoice submissions.

  • Rotate across departments to gain holistic business understanding, contribute to improvements, and participate in leadership development and training programs.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

  • Candidate with healthcare experience will be advantageous

  • A good team player, meticulous, service-oriented

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
