A prominent organization in Singapore is seeking a Management Associate to oversee strategic business initiatives and improve organizational processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and 3–5 years of experience in supporting executive leadership. Responsibilities include liaising with executives, managing operations, and providing actionable insights. This role requires exceptional communication skills and proficiency in business intelligence tools.
The Management Associate is responsible for overseeing strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads. This role will assist and communicates with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. The incumbent will improve current processes and optimizes organizational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO regarding company climate, project updates, proposals, and planning
Oversee daily operations in collaboration with senior managers and department heads, and perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, generating correspondence, planning and coordinating corporate meetings and business travels, and doing minutes of meeting
Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with CEO and other executives on special projects
Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications
Identifying areas of improvement across the organization, make data driven and actionable recommendations to CEO to improve process and gaps
Teaming up with top-tier executives to chalk out and prioritize strategic business moves.
Keeping meetings focused, planning and coordinating them effectively and acting on behalf of the CEO to answer inquiries (if needed)
Steering strategic business initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints, providing hands-on support and monitoring progress reports
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
3–5 years of progressive experience supporting executive leadership, operations, or strategy within a dynamic or multinational organization.
Proven expertise in business intelligence, data analytics, and strategic planning.
Strong command of Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, and ERP systems
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and diverse teams.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on actionable insights and continuous improvement.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
