Job Description
  • Coordinate meetings and secure room bookings for faculty
  • Arrange travel bookings and logistics for faculty
  • Process and track claims made by faculty, researchers and students
  • Coordinate the recruitment of research staff and students
  • Coordinate the visits of visiting professors and visitors
  • Liaise with researchers and technical staff on the procurement of goods and services and asset inventory
  • Provide support for assigned school administrative functions, including logistical preparations, event organization, and other related tasks
Qualifications
  • Polytechnic Diploma holder, preferably with work experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrate initiative and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Good writing skills and experienced with web management
  • Analytical, resourceful and energetic
  • Able to multi‑task and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Strong sense of customer service

2 years contract, renewable appointment, subject to performance.
