Job summary

A customer service firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage various customer-related matters at the counter. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a relevant customer service role and a GCE N Level qualification. This position offers a salary range of $2,500–$3,000 and various benefits including performance bonuses and annual leave.

  • Working Hours: 9.30am–7pm or 11.30am–9pm (rotating shifts)
  • Workdays: 5 days/week (including weekends & public holidays)
  • Salary: $2,500–$3,000 (based on experience)
  • Benefits: Performance bonus (up to 6 months), starting with 18 days annual leave, Group hospitalization & surgical coverage for self, spouse, and children
Job Descriptions

  • Bring the brand ambassador of the mall, promoting the Great Rewards loyalty program and related activities
  • Support Marcom in voucher sales, mall redemptions, loyalty program and any other marketing initiatives as and when required
  • Handle administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE N Level qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a relevant customer service role
