Job summary

A leading service provider in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative. Responsibilities include managing customer service inquiries, maintaining service standards, and promoting loyalty programs. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service and a minimum GCE N Level qualification are encouraged to apply. Job Summary
  • Working Hours: 9.30am–7pm or 11.30am–9pm (rotating shifts)
  • Workdays: 5 days/week (including weekends & public holidays)
  • Salary: $2,500–$3,000 (based on experience)
  • Benefits: Performance bonus (up to 6 months), starting with 18 days annual leave, Group hospitalization & surgical coverage for self, spouse, and children
Job Descriptions
  • Managing and handling all customer service-related matters at Customer Service Counter
  • Maintaining high level of customer service standards
  • Handling enquiries and feedback from shoppers and tenants
  • Bring the brand ambassador of the mall, promoting the Great Rewards loyalty program and related activities
  • Support Marcom in voucher sales, mall redemptions, loyalty program and any other marketing initiatives as and when required
  • Handle administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE N Level qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a relevant customer service role
