An educational organization in Singapore is seeking a Malay Language Educator to design and implement engaging virtual lessons. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to enhance learning experiences and monitoring children's language acquisition. Candidates should have a recognized Diploma in Early Childhood or a related field, with prior virtual teaching experience as an advantage. Excellent communication skills and tech proficiency are essential, and the position requires a passion for education and children's development.
The Malay Language Educator (Virtual Teaching) will work closely with the MTL specialists and centres to design and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences through a virtual class modality. The educator will facilitate children’s holistic growth and language acquisition by integrating meaningful and interactive teaching strategies. The role will also involve building strong partnerships with centre leaders and educators, parents and stakeholders to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for every child.
1. Plan and implement OneMTL curriculum and programmes via virtual modality
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to create developmentally appropriate learning experiences
3. Uplift professional practice of teaching and learning
4. Perform any other tasks assigned by Management
