Location: Ubi, East Region Singapore

Position: Make-up Artist & Shooting Assistant

Work Schedule: 5 days per week (Must include Weekends)

Salary: $1600-$2000 per month + commission

The Role

This is a dynamic, multifaceted role perfect for a creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys working with clients. You won't be confined to a single task; you will be an essential part of the client journey—from the moment they try on their gown to the final photo taken.

Your primary function is to serve as the Make-up Artist, ensuring clients look stunning for their fittings, shoots, and ceremonies. Equally important is your role as a Shooting Assistant and Operations Support, keeping the studio running smoothly and ensuring a seamless, memorable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
1. Make-up & Styling
  • Perform professional make-up application for clients
  • Provide necessary touch-ups during fitting sessions and photoshoots
  • Help clients choose and fit the perfect dresses
2. Photography Support
  • Assist the photographer during outdoor and studio photoshoots
  • Help manage the client and the flow of the shoot
3. Store Operations & Dress Management
  • Assist in sales by guiding clients through our packages and services
  • Support general store operation and customer service
  • Manage the fitting process, including minor dress fitting, sewing, or tailoring work
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring dresses are meticulously arranged and maintained
  • Contribute to maintaining the store's cleanliness and presentation
Who We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience or training as a Make-up Artist
  • A passion for the wedding industry and excellent customer service skills
  • Willingness to assist with physical tasks, including setting up for shoots and handling inventory
  • Basic knowledge or a strong willingness to learn dress fitting and minor tailoring/sewing
  • Must be able to work the required schedule, including weekends
