Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant hands-on equipment and machines maintenance experience.
• Ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, ladder logic, and/or assembly drawings.
• Self-motivated to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support the maintenance team in the effective upkeep of equipment.
• Plan and execute projects for plant construction, expansion, and equipment installation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance Smart Factory and Sustainability initiatives.
