Scope

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
• Conducting HVAC system maintenance, including oil changes, gas top-ups, and filter replacements
• Servicing and troubleshooting pumps and conveyor systems
• Carrying out general building maintenance and repair works to ensure facility safety and functionality
• Supporting day‑to‑day maintenance operations and attending to breakdowns promptly
