Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Maintenance Technician (Utilities & Facilities) located in Senoko Drive. Our client is creating a new and sustainable way of supplying fresh fruit and vegetables to Singapore. The role involves supporting the QA Manager by managing and maintaining facilities in a cold chain supply environment. This includes handling the maintenance and repair of air‑conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems, building infrastructure, electrical wiring, lighting, fire safety systems, and other essential components within GMP and GHP standards. The technician plans and performs daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspections for facilities and fire safety. They also coordinate with departments to address maintenance priorities, supervise contractors on‑site to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, assist with machine and PLC troubleshooting, and handle additional tasks as needed. Record‑keeping and report preparation are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications:
  • NITEC/ITC/Diploma in electrical, mechatronics, civil industrial or related professional certificate on related skill.
  • 3 year(s) of experience in the food & beverage or manufacturing industry.
  • Preferred hands on working experience in utilities and facilities maintenance.
