Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in Singapore is looking for a Maintenance & Technician to ensure uptime and efficiency in production lines. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, be adept at troubleshooting, and possess a proactive safety mindset. This role includes operating and calibrating equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting teammates with best practices. Shifts are flexible with paid breaks.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
  • Familiarity with PLC-controlled systems and electrical troubleshooting (a plus).
  • Ability to operate, calibrate, and fine-tune equipment for consistent quality.

What You’ll Do
  • Keep production moving: Operate, calibrate, and fine-tune equipment for consistent quality.
  • Stay ahead of issues: Perform preventative maintenance and spot potential problems early.
  • Solve challenges fast: Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, drives, motors, and automated systems.
  • Protect the team: Set up and verify safety systems for smooth, secure operations.
  • Document and improve: Maintain SOPs, records, and reports for efficiency and compliance.
  • Share your knowledge: Support and train teammates on equipment best practices.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
  • Sharp troubleshooting and precision adjustment skills.
  • Familiarity with PLC-controlled systems and electrical troubleshooting (a plus).
  • A proactive, safety-first mindset.
Shifts That Work for You
  • Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
  • Flexible work week: 4, 5, or 6 days
  • Paid breaks: 1 meal break + 2 tea breaks daily
