Responsibilities
- Routine preventive maintenance and repair of mobility equipment.
- Conduct safety checks and ensure equipment meets required standards.
- Keep track of equipment, parts, and supplies.
- Maintain repair logs and other relevant documentation.
- Maintenance of building facilities and systems – mechanical, electrical, sanitary, plumbing, air-con, audio visual.
- Maintenance of furniture and equipment.
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
- Handle and manage technical issues and troubleshoot/rectify the problem on site.
- Respond to and liaise with internal/external customers to resolve technical/operational issues.
- Coordinate work with contractors and ensure they deliver their services.
- Maintain and update maintenance records and documentation, including data entry.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Reporting Supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- ITE in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services/ Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in M&E building facilities maintenance
- Experience in mobile medical equipment maintenance (e.g., wheelchair, shower trolley, hospital bed) is an added advantage
- Pleasant personality, good working attitude and team-spirit, very hands-on
- On the job training will be provided
