Job summary

BD is hiring for a permanent full-time role in Singapore. The position focuses on machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and quality-related investigations as part of an industrial manufacturing team.

Requirements include Nitec/ Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics with 2–5 years' experience, and availability for the 7pm–7am night shift. Primary work location is Tuas Plant, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher Nitec in Mechanical/Mechatronics required.
• 2–5 years relevant experience in manufacturing/maintenance.
• Willingness to work night shift (7pm–7am).

Responsibilities

• Operate machines to meet production output and quality targets.
• Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and part replacement.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures to minimise downtime.
• Set up machines and changeovers as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and CI activities.
• Record incidents and maintain safety and GMP compliance.
