IT Support Specialist (EAST)

Our Company is working closely with a Prestigious Public Listed organisation in Singapore. Due to our dynamic expansion in projects, we are looking for IT Support Specialists to be part of the project team, able to maintain, upgrade and manage our in-house system development software, hardware and networks.

Responsibilities

• Perform 1st level technical support which includes troubleshooting and maintenance of computer systems, servers, switches and routers, printers, network storage systems and related hardware etc.
• Perform system monitoring for system application and hardware health status
• Provide helpdesk function
• Perform maintenance on system in various daily, weekly and monthly preventive tasks.
• Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, and closely tracking & follow up of all incidents
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in IT related discipline or Electronics/Aerospace Engineering with IT knowledge
• No experience is needed. Graduates with passion in IT are welcomed
• Self-motivated, self‑discipline and a service mindset
• Independent, commitment and willingness to learn
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice is an advantage
