Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Inspection of building, mechanical and electrical services and equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of M&E systems, including plumbing, electrical, aircon, painting, general handy work repairs
• Attend to building maintenance requests/feedback from management and tenants
• Supervise contractors to ensure work is done in accordance to specifications
• Report on any maintenance issues
• Adhoc duties as assigned
