Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee property maintenance and repairs across multiple residences. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Facilities Management or Engineering, along with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury homes. The role involves managing day-to-day repairs, vendor coordination, and ensuring high professionalism. Flexibility to work beyond regular hours is required.

• Flexible to work outside regular hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance and preventive upkeep for all six properties.
• Perform hands-on repairs (lighting, basic electrical, plumbing, general fixes).
• Conduct cost comparisons and prepare proposals for the Principal.
• Coordinate and supervise external vendors and contractors.
• Oversee minor renovation or improvement projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain maintenance records.
• Work closely with household staff to support daily operations.
• Respond to urgent repair needs promptly and discreetly.
