Job summary

A leading aviation service provider in Singapore is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee servicing, inspection, and repair of equipment. The ideal candidate will have a NITEC qualification in a relevant field, experience in mechanical systems, and a Class 3 driving license. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety policies and supervising a team to minimize operational downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Motor Vehicle / Mechatronic or Diesel Mechanic required.
• Preferably with experience in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic & Pneumatic.
• Must possess LTA Class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute servicing, inspection, repair, and maintenance.
• Supervise Maintenance Technician and staff.
• Troubleshoot and reactivate equipment to minimize downtime.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute servicing, inspection, repair, and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and minimize downtime
• Recommend overhaul of equipment to prevent disruptions to operations and propose best rectification solutions
• Supervise Maintenance Technician and other staff
• Troubleshoot, rectify, and reactivate equipment to avoid delays and downtime during breakdown maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures
• Enforce safety policies, practices, and good housekeeping
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Motor Vehicle / Mechatronic or Diesel Mechanic
• Preferably with relevant working experience and knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic & Pneumatic
• Must possess minimum LTA Class 3 driving license and above
