Job description

You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities of the plant, ensuring efficient and safe operations. Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Comply with all health, safety and environment regulations and practices and work with management to address and resolve issues as they arise.

Work with Maintenance Manager to prepare breakdown, preventive and shutdown maintenance plan, work schedules, and budget.

Coordinate daily maintenance activities with Production section.

Conduct daily toolbox meeting.

Review work permits applied by contractors before submitting to Production for approval.

Oversee all maintenance works including troubleshooting, and ensure that work is properly completed safely and timely.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and repair costs to track performance, identify opportunity for improvements and forecast future maintenance needs.

Maintain adequate spare parts and equipment inventory, and ensure their proper storage.

Inspect site to identify problems and necessary maintenance.

Conduct risk assessment reviews with contract workers to ensure relevance and compliance.

Liaise with professional engineer and service providers to conduct statutory equipment inspection and testing.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Maintenance / E&I / Others Engineering Disciplines

Min 2 years of relevant working experience in the similar one
