Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for ACMV systems (AHU, FCU, PAHU, VRV/VRF, chillers)
• Carry out basic electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Attend to breakdowns and service calls in a timely manner
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure systems operate efficiently
• Record maintenance works and update service reports
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations
• Liaise with supervisors, vendors, and clients when required

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services
• Basic experience in building maintenance or facility operations (entry welcome)
• Able to read simple electrical/mechanical drawings (added advantage)
