Our esteemed client, an established company in Singapore, is searching for a Maintenance & Service Coordinator:

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and walk-in enquiries.
  • Understand and identify customer needs, providing appropriate assistance or directing to the relevant personnel.
  • Schedule and coordinate technicians for maintenance, repairs, and site inspections based on urgency and location.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of service issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records, reports, and related documentation.
  • Prepare and manage operational and service-related reports as required.
Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’ Level, or equivalent qualification and above.
  • Prior experience in customer service or service coordination is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Patient, professional, and empathetic when handling customer enquiries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Additional Information
  • Salary: Basic up to 2,500 + Variable Bonus
  • Working Location: Tuas (company pick up provided)
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm
