Maintenance Scheduling Coordinator

Tuas (Company transport from Gul Circle MRT – 7:30am)

Mon–Fri: 8am–6pm (one fixed day 8am–5pm)

Up to $2,600 + Variable Bonus

Alternate Saturdays (OT payable)

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in maintenance scheduling or service coordination preferred
  • Strong organizational & multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and documentation work
  • Bilingual in English & Chinese (to liaise with customers and mechanics)
  • Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills
