Title: IFM Project Manager

Job location: HQ office and multiple job sites.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all job sites operations including deployment plan
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and workers to ensure smooth operations on job site.
• Organize and conduct project meetings, documenting minutes with action plans and deadlines.
• Meet suppliers/subcontractors for review of scopes and perform price negotiation.
• Compile and generate overall project costing and track project KPI.
• Maintain completeness, accuracy, and storage of project documents. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders regularly. Stay up to date with front-end technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Perform project management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management / Real Estate Management / Building Services / Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manager role in the IFM industry.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to establish good rapport with clients.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
