Qualifications

• Proven experience working in maintenance planning of airframe maintenance projects.
• Experience having worked in heavy maintenance is preferred.
• Technical background and ability to read and understand technical documentation.

Job description

Part A - Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

In this position, you are responsible for the quality of the work packages. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Timely upload of task cards into the ERP system
• Ordering of the required parts necessary to carry out the inspections
• Identification and availability check of required tools
• Correct printing and scheduling of task cards
• Issuing the correct supporting documentation needed by the production team to carry out the maintenance checks efficiently.
• Sequenced work packs
• Documentation and revision control with OEM and Airline Operators
• Hangar and Production Control Support

Part B - Required Experience, Competencies & Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical/Mechatronics, Manufacturing/Production, Industrial Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Proven experience working in maintenance planning of airframe maintenance projects.
• Experience having worked in heavy maintenance is preferred.
• Technical background and ability to read and understand technical documentation such as SB’s, STC’s, AD’s, SRM’s, EO’s, MPD, etc.
• Fluent in MS Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven analytical skills, including data analysis and interpretation
• Team player and strong interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, Assertive, and proactive personality
• Ability to work systematically and diligently
