Job summary

Une entreprise de fabrication chimique à Tuas recherche un Manager de Section Maintenance pour superviser les fonctions techniques et diriger les initiatives de santé et de sécurité. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en ingénierie et au moins 5 ans d'expérience, y compris la familiarité avec les systèmes de gestion ISO et l'utilisation du logiciel AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience pertinente.
• Connaissance des systèmes ISO (9001, 14001, 45001).
• Détention d'un permis LEW préférable.

Responsibilities

• Superviser la section de maintenance au sein du département technique.
• Gérer les fonctions de santé et sécurité.

• Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8.30AM - 5.30PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport & Mobile Allowance + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Maintenance Section within the Technical Department.
• Lead the company's Environment, Health, and Safety initiatives.
• Plan and oversee maintenance functions within the company's facilities.
• Responsible for managing electrical work within the organization.
• Maintain and update all technical schematics, risk assessments, and FMEA within the department.
• Administer the budget for the Maintenance Section.
• Engage in both internal and external audits.

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in managing Environment, Health, and Safety protocols.
• Strong capability in people management.
• Holding a LEW license is preferable; or minimally must have a basic understanding of electrical systems.
• Familiarity with ISO Management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and experience in auditing these systems.
• Competence in Risk Assessment and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Ability to use AutoCAD software for updating technical drawings.
