Job summary

A leading polyolefin products provider in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to oversee the maintenance warehouse inventory, ensuring efficient operations. The candidate should have GCE ‘N’ Level education, experience in warehouse management, and must hold a Forklift Operator license. This full-time role involves managing spare parts, conducting stock checks, and ensuring safety during loading activities.

Qualifications

  • Possess at least a GCE ‘N’ Level education.
  • Experienced in warehouse and inventory management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP applications.
  • Meticulous, organized and detail oriented.
  • Must have Forklift Operator and Class 4 Driving License.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and assets spare parts in the Maintenance warehouse.
  • Receive and issue spare parts and consumables as per SOP.
  • Conduct monthly stock checks to maintain inventory.
  • Participate in annual stock count.
  • Perform diesel top ups for maintenance vehicles.

The Job

You will join the Maintenance Section to oversee and manage the inventory and assets spare parts in the Maintenance warehouse, ensuring all items are properly stored, issue and accounted for to support smooth maintenance operations.

The Daily
  • Responsible for the receiving and issuing of spare parts & consumables according to company’s SOP and ensure all necessary documents are maintained up to date.
  • Carry out vehicle loading and unloading activities safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct monthly stock checks to upkeep availability of inventory and assets spare parts.
  • Participate in annual stock count to ensure inventory are accounted for.
  • Perform diesel top ups for maintenance vehicles.
The Essentials
  • Possess at least a GCE ‘N’ Level education.
  • Experienced in warehouse and inventory management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP applications.
  • Meticulous, organized and detail oriented.
  • IMPORTANT: Must have Forklift Operator and Class 4 Driving License.
  • 5-days work week.
