Job summary

A facilities management company in Singapore seeks a maintenance engineer to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of kitchen and store equipment. The ideal applicant will have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering and a minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably within the F&B sector. Flexibility to work weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance or facilities management experience, preferably in F&B.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of all store and kitchen equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for servicing and repairs.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, costs, and equipment inventory.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Support new outlet setup and renovation works.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for scheduled servicing and repairs
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, costs, and equipment inventory
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot technical issues
• Support new outlet setup and renovation works when required

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance or facilities management experience (F&B preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge in basic electrical, refrigeration, or mechanical systems
• Hands-on, reliable, and willing to work flexible hours including weekends if required
