Responsibilities
  • Support daily operation on troubleshooting and repair of equipment related issues
  • Attend to breakdown repair and recovery of operational equipments.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance, calibration and corrective repair works on a timely basis
  • Reduce equipment downtime and enhance equipment performance through quality maintenance works.
  • Proper recording of works carried out on equipments.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify electrical and mechanical system faults on equipments.
  • Drive improvements in equipment, product quality, productivity and safety.
  • Improve machine performance and efficiency by providing effective troubleshooting, maintenance and engineering support for operations.
  • Support projects such as machine upgrading, software/hardware changes, etc.
  • Assist customers with queries, provide information to help what customers want or need to order, recommend items.
  • Assist with customer complaints and problems. Resolve enquiries. Process refunds for customers.
  • Support daily distribution operations. Assist deliveries in replenishment of company products.
  • Meet set productivity and goals. Work to improve and increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Possess Diploma, NITEC, NTC-2 or ITC Mechatronic Engineering is preferred
  • 4-5 years' relevant experience in automation systems and hands‑on technical experience.
  • Basic knowledge of PLC and electrical system
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous and result oriented.
  • Able to multi‑task and work under tight timeline.
  • Good team player but able to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn, self‑motivated, possess a can‑do and positive attitude.
  • Resourceful in seeking out methods/solutions to solve problems and achieve targets.
