Overview

Maintenance Engineer position with a multinational Fortune 500 company. Responsible for equipment calibration, maintenance planning, and leading a team of technicians within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with suppliers for equipment calibration and maintenance schedules
  • Perform maintenance and repair work of electrical systems, equipment and machines
  • Coach and guide a team of technicians and operators
  • Conduct regular inspection of the facility, electrical equipment, wiring and fixtures to ensure functionality
  • Determine the causes of any malfunctions in containment and implement preventive actions
  • Implement and drive effective autonomous & preventive maintenance procedures
  • Actively looking into continuous improvement projects while supporting digitalisation and smart factory initiatives
Qualifications
  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineering
  • Possess at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance
