You will be responsible for managing operations and leading a technical team to ensure efficient maintenance of equipment. Ideal candidates have a Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical and 2 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering, Chilled Water, and Compressed Air System.
• Good knowledge of machine troubleshooting.

Job description

Electronics Manufacturing Industry
Loyang Area (Transport pick up at designated MRT Station)
12 hours shift work (Day or Night shift)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation of facilities maintenance
• Lead a team of technical specialist/technicians in day-to-day operation
• Maintenance of installation, repair and modification of facilities related equipment and building
• Manage contractors and ensure work is carried out in a timely manner & quality work
• Plan and carry out overhaul and maintenance improvement activities
• Prepare, update & review work instruction and equipment checklist
• Test and maintain safety systems in good condition

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering/Facilities management with 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering, Chilled water and Compressed Air System
• Good knowledge of machine trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
• Good leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Strong team player and result orientated
• Self-disciplined, independent, and able to work under pressure
