The ideal candidate has at least 3 years' experience in equipment maintenance, knowledge of PLC programming, and the ability to lead maintenance teams. Qualifications

  • At least 3 years’ experience in automation or equipment maintenance.
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Able to read and modify PLC programs.

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Engineer to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of packaging, conveying, and material handling systems. The role involves troubleshooting, leading maintenance teams, and driving continuous improvement to minimize equipment downtime.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
  • Lead and guide maintenance technicians; plan shutdown and commissioning activities.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with vendors on repairs and fabrication works.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and support operational improvement projects.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Electrical & Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in automation or equipment maintenance.
  • Knowledge of AC drives, motors, conveyors, and PLC systems.
  • Able to read and modify PLC programs and electrical diagrams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS software.
  • Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts and be on standby when required.
  • Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and safety awareness.
