Key Responsibilities:

• Support facilities operations and able to provide engineering solutions to enhance M&E systems' reliability and robustness
• Co-ordinate project site works with clients, building managing agent, consultants, vendors/suppliers and sub-contractors
• Prepare yearly, quarterly & monthly maintenance schedule
• Manage the documentation of PO, DO, Service reports
• Assist Project Manager in plan, design, tender and manage project work

Requirement:

• Degree in Mechanical / Engineering / Building Science or Facilities Management
• Min 2 years of working experience in operation, servicing and maintenance of ACMV systems
