Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. invites applications for a hands-on maintenance role in Singapore. The candidate will perform regular preventive maintenance of all equipment on site, conduct checks and cleaning, and ensure proper lubrication of moving parts.

Experience with machine operations in a cleanroom is an advantage. The role requires tools proficiency, independent work, and a proactive attitude. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma holder, preferably in engineering field.
• Familiarity with machine operations/maintenance in a cleanroom environment is advantageous for experienced candidates.
• Hands-on with hand tools, power tools and precision measurement tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive maintenance of all equipment on site, including checks, cleaning, and lubrication.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using manuals and perform repairs and parts replacement.
• Document tasks, parts usage and inspection results for traceability.
• Adhere to workplace safety and health standards.
• Follow operating procedures and workflows; suggest improvements where possible.
• Contribute to optimisation of procedures and workflows.
