Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to perform daily servicing and maintenance of ACMV systems, Smoke Detection Systems, Slab Cooling Systems, and other small M&E systems.
• Support facilities operations and provide engineering solutions to enhance M&E system reliability and robustness.
• Liaise and coordinate project site works with clients, building managing agents, consultants, vendors/suppliers, and sub-contractors.
• Ensure effective preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Prepare yearly, quarterly, and monthly maintenance schedules.
• Prepare monthly progress reports for maintenance work.
• Monitor and assess service contractors’ performance.
• Manage documentation including POs, DOs, and service reports.
• Assist Project Manager in planning, design, tendering, and managing project work.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Engineering / Building Science or Facilities Management
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in operation, servicing, and maintenance of ACMV systems.
• Adequate knowledge of medium voltage and low voltage electrical systems.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with AutoCAD.
• Advantage: Experience in Liquid Desiccant Systems and Absorption Chiller Systems.
