Job Description:
  • Work as part of the team and provide 24x7 support when required.
  • Implementing network and computer system policies.
  • Detecting and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • Responding to user requests and software errors.
  • Monitoring the performance of the system and server.
  • Creating backup and recovery policies.
  • Setting up and monitoring security policies.
  • Applying patches and upgrades when necessary.
  • Familiarity with Windows, LINUX shell scripting and cronjob.
  • Experience with different Redhat OS flavors, rhel8 to 9
  • Administration LINUX operating systems, storage environments, file systems,
  • Installing and upgrading LINUX system software on company servers and computers.
  • Setting up and maintaining LINUX user accounts and access management systems.
  • Manage VM infrastructure (Install and configure VCENTER, VMOTION, Cloning, creating a new VM, Resource Management)
  • Maintain a good relationship with customers and experience how to deal with customer Troubleshooting and resolving the issues as per the Service Level Agreement with the customer.
  • Manage day-to-day moving the Media to offsite after the regular backup as per the Customer standard (NetBackup and TSM).
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
