Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical technicians/workers, internally or from contractors, to schedule and execute mechanical maintenance works
• Analyse intervention requests and assign work to his team and contractors
• Attend daily coordination meeting s with operation team, prioritize urgent interventions, and adjust maintenance planning of the day when necessary
• Make purchasing request and spare parts reservation in SAP for needed sapre parts & services in his area
• Verify and make acceptance in term of quality for the received goods ordered jby him and reception in SAP
• Make acceptance for key mechanical work by contractors
• Ensure the completion of maintenance report in SAP
• Check, verify & approve the daily main-hours submitted y contractors
• Provide solution and professional advice to overcome or rectify mechanical issues with reliability in mind
