JOB PURPOSE:
To provide intermediate maintenance and facility support to managers and other staff to allow for more efficient operations.
JOB DUTIES:
- Provide administrative support to maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Coordinate communications between internal teams and external contractors for facility services, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and safety compliance.
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in conducting safety inspections and preparing related reports.
- Support routine maintenance inspections and follow-up actions
- Oversee contractor activities including installation, maintenance, and project execution
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance
- NTC/ITE in Engineering or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); IT-savvy and comfortable with digital tools.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn; proactive and self-motivated in seeking clarity and resolving issues
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Good knowledge of workplace safety regulations, risk management, and environmental practices

- Promote and enforce safety protocols and environmental compliance across all activities
- Support safety initiatives to maintain a high standard of workplace safety
