A leading Singapore manufacturing company is seeking a Process Maintenance Engineer to oversee purification, mixing processes, and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and has knowledge of AutoCAD. This position involves ensuring quality standards and leading maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in process maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Senior / Production Maintenance Engineer.
• Perform the purification process of hydrogen peroxide and related activities.
• Execute the mixing process of ammonium hydroxide and related activities.
• Operate process facilities and perform related operational tasks.
• Conduct process maintenance operations across equipment and instruments.
• Arrange manpower and work utilization, leading staff during maintenance operations.
• Ensure all operations, processes, equipment, instruments, and facilities meet stipulated standards and maintain acceptable quality and safety levels.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance, calibration, and related activities.
• Monitor equipment and instrument inventory to stay within prescribed thresholds.
• Review processes for continual improvement and implement statistical process control parameters.
