We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mailroom Associate to join our administrative team and ensure the smooth flow of communications and materials throughout the firm.

The Mailroom Associate is a critical role responsible for the efficient handling and distribution of all internal and external mail. You'll be the backbone of our physical communication, ensuring time-sensitive legal documents and essential correspondence reach the correct hands promptly.

Responsibilities
  • Mail Processing: Receive, sort, scanning, photocopying and distribute all incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries to the appropriate staff members.
  • Document Management: Assist with the internal delivery and pickup of sensitive legal documents between various departments and offices daily within CBD area.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory of office supplies; place orders, receive shipments, and stock supply rooms throughout the firm.
  • Facilities Support: Provide general administrative support as needed, which may include answering phone calls, manage reception area, setting up meeting rooms, and basic equipment maintenance (e.g., loading paper into copiers).
  • Confidentiality: Handle all documents and correspondence with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
