Job summary

  • Manage the complete placement process from start to finish, ensuring thorough tracking and follow-up.

  • Provide after‑sales support to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Proactively pursue leads and build relationships to achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Oversee daily branch operations including managing biodata inventory, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold high service standards and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Recognized qualification or certification in Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is advantageous.

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in the employment agency sector specializing in Migrant Domestic Workers.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.

  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain organization in a fast‑paced environment.
