Roles & Responsibilities

We are a newly licensed maid agency in Singapore, dedicated to placing well-trained, reliable Foreign Domestic Workers (FDWs) with families who value care, trust, and professionalism. We're looking for an experienced, MOM-registered EA Personnel to join our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and placement process for FDWs (sourcing, screening, matching)
• Liaise with overseas suppliers and training centres to onboard new FDWs
• Conduct virtual interviews with employers and helpers
• Submit and manage all necessary MOM documentation (IPA, Work Permit, Change of Employer, etc.)
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up logs
• Provide post-placement support via WhatsApp, email, or calls
• Fetch FDWs from the airport
• Conduct handovers between helpers and employers
• Escort FDWs for medical checkups
• Accompany FDWs to MOM for Work Permit card registration
• Attend to ad-hoc deployment-related tasks

Requirements

• MOM-registered EA Personnel with valid PRS number
• CEI certified (Basic or KAH)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a maid agency
• Flexibility to travel when needed
• Strong understanding of MOM regulations related to FDW employment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, self-driven, and able to work independently
• Proficient in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Burmese, Tagalog, Mandarin) are a plus
• Access to own transport is an advantage but not required
