Job Description:

As a Made-to-Measure Specialist, you will be the face of bespoke tailoring for a world‑renowned fashion house. You will provide an elevated client experience, combining expert product knowledge with impeccable service to create timeless, personalized garments for a discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Partner with CRM teams to identify and build relationships with loyal customers, offering tailored styling consultations.
• Consultation & Fitting: Guide clients through fabric selection, styling options, and customization details; conduct measurements and fittings to ensure a flawless, personalized fit.
• Garment Execution: Oversee the end‑to‑end MTM process — from pinning and alterations to order submission and quality checks.
• Product Mastery: Stay current on product knowledge, tailoring techniques, and brand guidelines through ongoing training.
• CRM Excellence: Maintain detailed client profiles to enable a personalized, seamless clienteling experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury fashion, tailoring, or client‑facing retail.
