Working Hours (Shift Rotations)

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Operate basic machining equipment
• Perform repetitive machining tasks with high attention to detail and quality
• Assist in repairing and fabricating machine parts to support maintenance needs
• Follow instructions and work orders provided by technicians or supervisors
• Comply with all safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to improve efficiency and safety
• Review and recommend improvements for departmental safety and work environment procedures (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 14001, Safety Management Systems)
• Participate in meetings, reviews, and discussions; coordinate with supervisors to achieve departmental goals and yield targets
• Plan and effectively manage work time to fulfill responsibilities and any additional tasks assigned by supervisors
