Job summary

hudsonmanpower in Singapore is seeking an experienced Machining Skilled Operator to perform Deep Hole Drilling and HTL operations according to engineering drawings and production requirements. You will ensure precision machining and quality compliance.

The role requires setting up tools and fixtures, reading drawings, verifying tolerances with Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge and Dial Indicator, and performing basic maintenance while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Deep Hole Drilling & HTL operations.
• Able to read engineering drawings and maintain tolerances.
• Hands-on with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Dial Indicator).

Responsibilities

• Operate Deep Hole Drilling machine independently.
• Perform HTL (Horizontal Turning Lathe) operations.
• Set up tools, fixtures and machining parameters.
• Execute drilling, boring, turning, and facing operations.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances.
