Job description

Our client is a Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Machine Vision Applications Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high‑performing team. They are located in the Central East.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements, existing solutions, and competitive offerings to evaluate technical fit.
• Develop and implement customized inspection and measurement solutions using vision‑based systems.
• Conduct feasibility tests and proof‑of‑concept demonstrations to validate application viability.
• Carry out testing and verification to ensure performance of application designs.
• Prepare and present solution proposals to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and training support to regional teams on application‑related matters.
• Investigate root causes of system or solution issues to support resolution and improvement efforts.
• All other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum degree in Engineering studies or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with systems such as AOI, SPI, or CMM will be advantageous.
• Willing to travel overseas.
