Job summary

TikTok's E-Commerce Risk Control (ECRC) team seeks graduates to develop domain-specific ML models, LLMs and AI agents to decode and prevent cross-domain fraud, helping secure the ecommerce ecosystem and provide a safe shopping experience for buyers, sellers and creators.

As a new graduate, you will analyze security and business data to identify abnormal user behavior, productionize AI pipelines for real-time prevention at scale, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and monitor

The E-Commerce Risk Control (ECRC) team is missioned: - To protect E-Commerce users, including and beyond buyer, seller, creator; - By securing the integrity of our ecommerce ecosystem and providing a safe shopping experience on the platform; - Through building infrastructures, platforms and technologies, as well as collaborating with many cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Good coding skills in one or more programming language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good knowledge on machine learning / LLM / Agentic system and hands-on experience with popular frameworks such as pytorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Ability to think critically, rationally, and communicate in result-oriented, data-driven manner.
