Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor process tools, metrology applications, or process development.
• Experience in overlay, stress-related process errors, scanner tools, lithography metrology, etch metrology, or process development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated team player with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of KLA metrology systems is an advantage.
• Programming or scripting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects related to new product introduction, including definition, characterization, alpha testing, and beta testing.
• Provide pre- and post-sales application support with customers to define problem statements and resolve technical issues.
• Develop Best Known Method (BKM) documents, training materials, and knowledge sharing.
• Work on-site with customer teams to investigate, gather and analyze data, and identify root causes of patterning errors.
• Design and implement process tool control solutions to minimize patterning errors and improve yield.
• Partner with customers to publish technical papers in industry symposiums and journals.
• Hands-on work with KLA metrology systems and software will be required.
